Health officials closed down a takeaway restaurant on the spot after finding mouse droppings on the premises. Environmental health officers from Leicester City Council shut down Toro's Express on Monday after an inspection following anonymous complaints about rodent activity at the store.Feizal Hajat, prosecuting on behalf of Leicester City Council, applied to Leicester Magistrates’ Court today for an Hygiene Emergency Prohibition Order to keep the takeaway in East Park Road closed until further notice.
