At the beginning of this year, I used Oat Beverage in my tea and coffee. I had buckling stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea. I am celiac and while the packaging says gluten free, I don’t think it is. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

This is the second time that I've gotten severely ill from the Oat Beverage. The first time, I thought it had gone bad, but this time - I just bought it yesterday. Really gross nausea and throat irritation.
is this the shelf stable or the refrigerated oat beverage?
