I ate 2 different vegan salads - one was a kale and cauliflower and the other was a spinach quinoa with carrot dressing. Within a few hours I was violently ill. I hadn't eaten anything else since this food, 90% sure it was the culprit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
