My son and I ate the mandarins from the blue colored mesh bag from here as a snack
We both develope severe rash all over our bodies. My toddler son vomited and had a brief fever.
I had diarrhea and a mild fever.
We are 100% sure it was this fruit because he and I had nothing else and did not reject any other meal. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever
