premade southwest salad. This was my first time trying it. Within 1 hour of eating it I felt extremely nauseous and lightheaded. I left work early and almost went to urgent care because of the stomach pain and nausea. Thought I was just dehydrated. Approximately 8 hours later (writing this at 8 pm) I had terrible diarrhea (ie liquid and stomach bloat) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain, Bloating
