Palm Pasta Causes Sickness - Trader Joe's, Mississippi

We're on vacation and I fed my son some Trader Joe's hearts of palm pasta and when he woke up this morning he had severe stomach pain, bathroom urgency, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting. I gave him Zofran and he's still throwing up. I wish I knew how to help him. He's the only one that ate these noodles pasta and the only one sick. It's Trader Joe's brand and I think bought out of Germantown in Mississippi. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
