I fast and only have one meal per day. My husband and I had the same identical dinner with one exception. I had their kale broccoli mix, and he didn't. I adore 24 hours of the most horrific food poisoning you could ever imagine. I lost 6 pounds from 12 hours of constant vomiting and diarrhea.
