Purchased pre-made Thai Chicken Salad on Wednesday night. Ate salad at approximately 8:30pm, woke. Up next day with horrible diarrhea and cramps. Had to leave work due to intestinal distress, fever and cramps. Now on day three of diarrhea and finally consulted physician. I noticed another person in my area got sick off of a premade salad as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Fever
