I are a frozen paneer tiki masala and rice meal for lunch around 1:00pm. It was the first thing I had eaten that day. Around 4:00 pm I started feeling nauseas. When I left work at 6:30 I threw up in the parking lot and continued to do so for the next 10 hours. I also have had diarrhea for the last 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
