Consumed Trader Joe’s frozen mushroom ravioli with truffle sauce packet at 7:30pm on august 18th, 2023. Within 3 hours, I was profusely vomiting and had diarrhea with chills and body aches.Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, other: body aches
