Acai Bowl Illness: Nausea, Vomiting - Trader Joe's, West Hollywood California

Just home from back surgery yesterday evening and felt pretty good. Ate dinner and no problems. In the am I ate the Acai Berry Bowl with coconut (from freezer) which I defrosted in microwave. Around 5 yours later and going on 9 miserable hours of nausea and vomiting. I vomited up the entire contents of the berry bowl and as bad as food poisoning is, it is even worse recovering from back surgery. I haven't been able to hold any liquids down and will have to go to the hospital if I can't replenish fluids soon. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
