Salmon burger patties. I know it was that because 4 hours after eating when I threw up there was a big piece of what looked like rubber or cartilage and it looked like the salmon patty. Horrible horrible stomach cramps for hours before I finally threw it up. Almost went to ER the stomach cramps were so bad and relentless for a solid 3 hours | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Cramps
