Last saturday Spaghetti pasta noodles I saw the spaghetti pasta noodles were stored in a big pot, unrefrigerated. They were extremely dry (not hard) and they crumbled in my mouth.  There was also a cockroach crawling on another plate with our food on it. I’ve been ill since Sunday morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
