Today morning at 10:30 AM on 16/04/23 I ate trix cereal for breakfast and started with stomach pain, which turned into vomiting and diarrhea. I threw up 3 times today and I've pooped up in an extravagant way where I've screwed up like 7 times and I kind of poop in a half black color where I have so much stomach discomfort I get pale from so much pooping I get pale from so much pooping, it's like pure water pooping and I'm still pooping and I'm still pooping it's already 00:53 AM on 17/04/23 I've been screwed up all day I haven't been able to eat and drink anything because everything makes me go to the bathroom. 😕 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
