It was closed Dec. 2 after accruing 25 violations. Inspectors found at least five roaches in the kitchen area, and 20 to 30 live insects in the back of the kitchen. Additionally, cooked meat, poultry and corn were stored at improper temperatures. The restaurant reopened after it was inspected again Dec. 3, and time extensions were given on six basic and intermediate violations.
