Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Buffet on holiday
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: A loved one
Additional information: Became ill Thursday night, after eating at the buffet at 6.30pm. Spoke to other guests and all have experienced similar things eating here. Food kept luke warm and a lot of flies buzzing around. A lot of the glasses and plates are dirty. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Headache, Stomach Pain
