I wasn't feeling good so I laid down and took a nap.
I woke up and had run to bathroom to throw up.
Then after I got back in bed after a few minutes I had to jump back up to go to bathroom with worst case of diarrhea ive ever had | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
