Additional information: Purchased the Turkey Harvest Salad on 10/13/2024. Had it for lunch yesterday 10/15/2024. Started feeling discomfort in my stomach and nausea in the evening Tried to go to bed around 8:00pm but started to vomit about 3 times. The cramping set in followed by the chills and non stop diarrhea through about 3:00am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
