I’ve been have random bouts of diarrhea, indigestion and nausea. I have stomach issues, but this has been more frequent, yet random, because I couldn’t link it to any particular item. I make a point to avoid foods that trigger my digestive issues. I have been eating Lucky Charms (Clover Edition) here and there over the past couple of weeks. I recently heard about the issues but wasn’t sure that was causing my issue. I’ve had an upset stomach, abdominal cramps, nausea and heartburn for a couple days now, and I was thinking ok here we go again, what did I eat!?! I went down the list, and I realized that I had eaten a bowl of Lucky charms two days before (at around 4 am), and the issues began around 10 the next morning. I don’t eat trash cereal often, but I do like to get these when they come out for St. Patrick’s Day. Lucky Charms is my guilty pleasure I guess, but it won’t be hard for me to give up considering what is going on with it right now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Indigestion, Heartburn
