I bought a chocolate milk shake from the here on Walnut Street in Lewistown Pennsylvania on April 16,2023 around5:30-6:00 and I got diarrhea and vomiting shortly after I drank it. I also want to report that a friend of mine som got a milk shake and there was blood in it but they wouldn't do anything about it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
