On Thursday I ordered the 3 crispy beef tacos for lunch. 4 hours later felt indigestion and the urge to vomit. At around 8 pm was puking with projectile vomit, cramping, and massive diarrhea. I was in bed for over 36 hours with a high fever and all the above symptoms. The tacos were the only thing I ate that day. I like them but will never return after this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Indigestion, Cramps
