Roast Beef Sandwich Illness - Uni-Mart, Enola Pennsylvania

Purchased an R&K Roast Beef and Cheese on a Pretzel Bun Sandwich. I thought it would be good as it was straight off the r&k truck. Throughout eating i noticed it was bland and a very fatty cut of roast beef but just removed that and continued eating.

Immediately after finishing it my stomach started to hurt and was tender. I instantly got nauseous and threw up for a good 20min. its about an hour later and my stomach is distended and still hurts greatly. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
