Flight Meal Causes Illness - united air lines flight,

I've been shitting water for almost 48 hours now. I know it was from the food on the flight as my travel companions in India (who continued on in country without me) and my dining companions at home are all fine. I've eaten exactly the same things as them save for this flight in the past 72 hours.
I knew things were off about either the ground crew or the flight crew when I was given a mildewed hot towel. It smelled like it had been used to wipe down the floor of a McDonalds. I got a good sniff of it as I applied it first to my face.
I got sick from either 1) the salmon 2) water that came from the plane's internal sources as I was told there was no more bottled water before I was served a pour glass 3) pour milked I put on my cereal.
I usually very careful when traveling to the developing world, but I didn't think to apply the same caution on a US flag flight. Now I'll know.
I really hope they didn't hurt someone who had a weaker constitution than me, as I'm usually pretty good about handling these things. This time? It's only ever been worse when I was preparing for a colonoscopy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Weakness
