Food Safety Report: United Airlines, Flight UA 930 From San Francisco to London.

On Flight 930 from SFO to LHR Saturday 11102018 departed SFO at 735 pm PT. At about 9pm en route I was served a gluten-free chicken meal. I ate all of the shredded vegie salad and one bite of the flavorless chicken. Nausea began shortly accompanied by vomiting. One of the staff brought me 7-up around 3 a.m. It is now Monday 141 UK and I am still unable to eat solid food due to nausea. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
