United Airlines SLC to ORD

776 North Terminal Drive, Salt Lake City, 84122 Utah, United States

Ate salmon with a side salad for dinner on a flight from Salt Lake City, UT to Chicago, IL. Started feeling very nauseous 2-3 hours after and then started vomiting for the next 36 hours. Diarrhea, stomach pains, fever/chills have continued into 48 hours and am very dehydrated and lethargic. Will go to urgent care. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration, Chills, Stomach Pain
