United By Blue closed from Jan. 3 to Jan. 9 after a City inspection found 13 health code non-compliance violations, including evidence of mouse droppings along the floor perimeter in the prep and warewash area, on counters, and on shelving units. A dead mouse was also observed on a glue trap in the warewash area.
