Severe Food Poisoning Symptoms - Buffet, Statesville North Carolina

I went there for dinner Friday night around 6:30 pm and felt off the whole next day Saturday, couldn't eat. Shortly around 5pm I started having explosive diarrhea back to back for hours with gas pain and tons of burping, chills and aching bones, this went on four 6 hours and then I finally vomited a whole mixing bowl worth of stomach contents and pooped some more around 3am. I lost almost 7 lbs in water weight in an 8 hour span!! This is the worst I have ever felt re food poisoning. I am trying to sleep now and see if I need to go to the WR or not for fluids. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Gas, Burping
