Hospital Fish & Chips Illness - University of Washington hosp,

My husband returned home this afternoon after picking up his son from the UW hospital. He is feeling awful w/ diarrhea, vomiting, chills and is running a fever. He claims the only food he ate were the fish & chips at the hospitals cafeteria. He has been sick in bed all night w/ the exception of visits to the bathroom to vomit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
