Didn't eat all day at work, took a ride to pick up something at Staples around 6pm and went in UNOs bar without anything but water and cheeseburger sliders., no fries as I took a house salad. No alcohol or anything but water at UNOs and water bottles all day. Woke up with severe cramps in my stomach, diahrea every half hour and vomiting. Laying down very uncomfortable stomach for 9 hours now. This really s##ks. I'm in great shape and never get sick. I hope this wears off soon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
