Cockroach infestation. The inspector found multiple live and dead roaches in prepackaged food containers and on shelves and the floor. Among the 12 other violations, the dishwasher was impounded for not dispensing sanitizer, and an employee said bowls and rolling pins are washed only once a day and pizza pans are never washed, just “burned in the oven.”
