I am writing to report a serious issue with a large chocolate chip cookie I recently purchased from your bakery for a function. Unfortunately, we found multiple small white hairs embedded in the icing. This was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable—especially given that the item was meant for a group setting. It was consumed unfortunately only to find what appears to be rodent hairs. I am requesting a full refund for the item, as well as store credit or a replacement, given the inconvenience and the impact this had on our event. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution as soon as possible.
