Tap Water Concerns, Diarrhea - Vegan House, Phoenix Arizona

April 9th about 4:30PM I had food at the here. they brought me ice water. I requested no ice in my water. they brought me a glass of tap water. I took a small sip, swallowed but should have spit it back into the glass. about 19 hours of diarrhea and awareness of every tummy sounds followed. Sunday the 10th I smelled the left over brown rice. it did not smell bad and did not make me nauseous. I believe it was the city water. I drove back to PNW Monday11th-Wednesday13th. Tuesday the 12th I finally had a solid bowel movement without voiding water from my bowel.
Today, April 19th I still do not feel well since this began about 11 days ago. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
