Vegan Meal Sickens Two - Veggies, Tiranë Qarku i Tiranës

My boyfriend and I visited restaurant ‘Veggies’ in Tirana. He got a ‘tropical’ juice en vegan burger. I ordered a ‘detox’ juice and a quinoa salad.
On the walk to our appartement my boyfriend got stomach aches. We thought it was from the burger. Back in the appartement he felt really sick. After an hour or so, he vomited a lot and had a lot of diarrhoea. That continued a couple of hours.
Around 10pm I got a lot of pain in my stomach. And I burped a lot. I could taste the ‘detox’ juice. I felt really nauseous. I tried to sleep but moving in the bed hurt a lot. At 1am and 3am I woke up and vomited all over the place. It just kept going. It continued for at least 15 minutes. Afterwards I felt really sick.
We look forward to staying in Tirana, but now we have to stay in our appartement, because we feel so terrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Burping, Stomach Pain
