Had the fettuccine alfredo. Shortly after got very sick. Cramping, nausea, flushed, dizzy, then vomiting. Then later same day diarrhea. Not sure what it was. Perhaps the cream was bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
