Turkey and Swiss sandwich, I ate at here around 2:30 pm. I started to feel sick around 5 pm. I got very nauseous and had stomach pains. Around 6 pm I had diarrhea multiple times and vomited the sandwich up. Throughout the rest of the evening I dealt with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and chills.
