Had a Patty Melt w French Fries and Ranch Dressing late yesterday afternoon. Started feeling abdominal discomfort around midnight. Progressed to nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. Tummy still weak and sore. Tried calling the restaurant to alert them. Was told to call back and speak to Mgr later this week, which seems like a poor response. I hope others don’t get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Soreness
