Atell the fish and chips on Friday night and by sat morning I went to work as had the chills and dirherra. Had to leave work and turn the heater on and by the time I got home I was shaking terrible with a fever and then t h e vomiting started and followed by a headache so bad. I have been vomiting and dirheera now for to days. Havent been able to keep even water on my stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Shaking
