I bought and ate a salmon belly onigiri from 7-11 before a concert- I felt super unwell during the convert and when I reached home, I had diarrhoea, I woke up in the middle of the night at 4am, 5am and 6am because my whole body is aching and I’m having non stop diarrhoea. I also felt extremely nauseous. I have a fever too. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Body Ache
