On December 9th of 2021, I was feeling very sick to my stomach after eating a Vitality Wrap from their location in Southlake TX. It was the last thing I ate, and didn’t eat again because of the extreme nausea I was experiencing. I had ordered wraps from this location previously, and I started to notice the 2-3 times prior, the contents of the wrap didn’t taste as fresh as they normally did. They almost had a “spoiled” taste. Against my better judgment, I kept ordering and eating from this location, even introducing my friends to it (before I started noticing it didn’t taste fresh anymore). I trusted this location considering it is located in a very wealthy suburb, so I expected the utmost care and quality. However, it finally caught up with me. I am just now reporting this because I wasn’t aware this website even existed. I was violently ill after eating the Vitality Wrap from this location; repeatedly vomiting, stabbing, churning pains in my stomach, it was absolutely miserable. This food poisoning then led to severe constipation and painful bloating for about 3 days. I have text messages with friends discussing this happening to me. I was able to refer to them for this post. I almost cancelled our trip to FL that my family and I had scheduled soon thereafter. We flew to FL, even though I was still in severe pain from the food poisoning. Despite being a repeat customer, I have not returned to them in Southlake, TX since this incident. And we won’t be. I told my friends about what happened and they too haven’t gone back. I’m so traumatized, I won’t even visit another location. Awful experience. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Constipation, Bloating
