Quinoa Avocado Illness Report - Viva Chicken, Huntersville North Carolina

Ate here on January 31, 2016 around 3:30pm. Had the Quinoa Stuffed Avocados, Half-Chicken with canary beans and quinoa, and a churro. Around 4pm the next day, began having continuous bouts of diarrhea follwed later by violent vomiting, nausea, dizziness, almost passing out, fever, and chills. My girlfriend stated that both her and her mother have had upset stomachs and diarrhea after eating here, but not full blown food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills
