Avocado ranch sauce tasted sour and warm, not first time, but second time I did spread over chicken sandwich. Had the pork belly bowl last night around 6pm. Woke up at 12am feeling nauseous. Having severe diarrhea, chills, and light headed accompanied by a migraine.
