Avocado ranch sauce tasted sour and warm, not first time, but second time I did spread over chicken sandwich. Around 7 pm I ordered shrimp carbonara and ate shared white pizza. At 10 pm I had severe stomach pain and run to the bathroom to vomit and had diarrhea. I wonder is there anyone else who has same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Had the pork belly bowl last night around 6pm. Woke up at 12am feeling nauseous. Having severe diarrhea, chills, and light headed accompanied by a migraine.
