Chicken Sandwich Illness Report - Waffle House, Picayune Mississippi

Felt fine then had a half of a grilled chicken sandwich, cup of water, and a cup of coffee there. Went home took a nap then woke up nauseous, throwing up non stop and diarrhea. I’ve thrown up 20 times since then and have the runs really bad.

11/03 update: Their orange juice machine wasn’t running, but they still served it. It was warm and I didn’t drink it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
