I went into Waffle House at 3:35pm and ordered a waffle, bacon, coffee. Two and a half hours later I had severe diarrhea and intense lower stomach pains. Not to get to graphic, I am talking vicious pure liquid discharge, it was like an explosion. I had gas pains that were crippling. Two more trips of this within the next 3 hours, As I sat there I heard sounds in my intestines that were so loud I thought the "alien" from the movie was going to come ripping out of stomach. I had a very similar situation +/- 6 weeks ago from eating the same order at the Waffle House on Grayson Hwy. and just thought there was some type of contamination from the staff since they did not give off the most professional manner. My waffle batter that time I saw come from the bottom scrapings of the batter bucket, so I did some research to find out that under-refridgerated waffle batter can go "bad." I did not see the batter for the waffle today, but did not think to look because it was a much cleaner and professionally staffed store. My bad!!! I have been going to Waffle House for some 40 years now but only recently gone in the late afternoon for waffles. Needless to say, I will stop that new choice!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain
