Visiting London week of 4/18, went to there in Bankside 4/20. Ordered the teriyaki beef donburi with beef brisket. However, it seemed that the beef was shredded. Didn't taste anything off, but didn't have much taste either.
The next morning I had diarrhea all morning. It finally stopped but left me with a pain in my stomach and feeling nauseous for 2 days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else
