Had some pesto from their caprese snack plate along with some seasoned bread. The pesto had a strange aftertaste. Within about 30 mins I had heartburn and it was repeating on me, within 3 hours I had sulphur burps and around 5/6 hours after eating I had the worst diarrhoea I’ve ever experienced this lasted for 9 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Heartburn, Burping
