Fever and chills, diarrhea, blood in urine, extreme nausea, general weakness, and extreme stomach pain. Food was a buffet - culprit was probably contaminated lettuce or dressing or German potato salad. Everything else looked well cooked, but who knows? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain
