bought walmart extra small frozen shrimp and ragu alfredo sauce, 5 out of 9 at dinner all became extremely ill, only 5 of us ate the shrimp alfredo that was cooked, we were all extremely sick for hours | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
