Hershey Symphony bar no almonds, I ate a big piece of symphony stomach begin to bloat and is having extreme stomach cramps. I ate this about 5:30 pm on 3/22/22. I been hurting and going to the bathroom with diarrhea for hours can't sleep because the pain won't let me. It made me have bloody hemrhoid from setting on the toilet trying to push out the trapped gas. My stomach rumbling with pain. May have to go to the hospital the pain is a 10. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas, Bloating, Stomach Pain
