Yesterday I ate some of lemon cake loaf from Walmart. I had bad stomach cramping and diarrhea soon after. My one year-old grand baby also ate some of my cake and she had a terrible diarrhea for a couple of hours. I thought it was probably something else. I didn't think there was any way that it would be that lemon cake loaf, but I had another piece before I went to bed and a 1-2 hours later I was extremely sick with diarrhea again, and severe nausea and vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Cramps
