Additional information: I took my car to the shop. I came back home and got my truck. Stopped here. Bought a Subway sandwich and some bananas went to work. Ate the sandwich and the bananas. Got sick. 45 minutes later went to the hospital the next day stayed in the hospital for days. Still going to see the doctor today.
4-6-23 I bought a sandwich and some bananas from here I woke up and went and took my car to the shop. I did not eat anything. I came back and got in my truck. I drove to work stopped off to get gas when inside store bought a deli sub and some bananas went to work eight to bananas on break at eight to serve sandwich 45 minutes later I was sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
